attached I am sending you the documents that are required when you submit your thesis.
- The first file does include a list of everything you'll have to bring along. Item II and III have become obsolete.
- The two other files contain two declarations each that have to be filled in.
Please note that for all of these forms the date you enter has to be the day you submit your thesis. Once you have decided as to when you would like to do that please get in touch with the dean's office to make an appointment. In my opinion it takes 4 to 6 weeks form submit the thesis to the exam.
It is also advisable to send the list with the 5 proposed members of your examination board before you submit your thesis, thus avoiding delays. The list has to be written and signed by your supervisor and then approved by the dean.
